1. Order your food as you normally would and wait for it to arrive

2. Put hairs on or next to your food (it really doesn't hurt at all to pluck a couple out)

3. Take a picture of the hairs near your food and go in the app to your past purchases, then view receipts

4. Select help, then damaged order, and write something about you being really disappointed that there was hair in your food and you had to throw it away because you didn't think it was safe to eat, and include your pictures

5. Within an hour or two, they will email you back saying they take these concerns very seriously and they will issue a full refund.


Just don't do this more than 2-3 times per month to make sure they don't catch on and act really disappointed when you are telling them about what happened to your food.

This is a really easy method to refund food on Uber Eats and there shouldn't be any problems. You should be able to do more than $50 worth of food each time but don't go to high.
